Fruit Salsa

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup strawberries finely chopped
  • 1 cup blueberries quartered
  • 1 kiwi peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup raspberries whole or chopped
  • 1/2 lime, squeezed
  • 2 tsp honey

Method
 

  1. Wash and chop fruit
  2. Add chopped fruit to a bowl
  3. Squeeze juice from half a lime over the chopped fruit
  4. Drizzle honey over fruit mixture
  5. Gently stir, then cover and refrigerate for about 20 minutes
  6. Enjoy with churro chips, graham crackers, yogurt, or over ice cream!

Notes

  • This recipe is very versatile. You can add, remove or change any of the fruit to your looking.
